We recognize mental health support is a crucial part of health and wellness, and it impacts our ability to show up in all aspects of our lives. We offer sliding scale rates for clients who experience financial barriers to counselling. Please know we have a limited number of sliding scale spots we are able to offer at a given time. Please inquire during your free consultation if you are in need. If no sliding scale spots are available at the time of inquiry, you will be added to a waitlist.
Counselling services are covered by many health insurance companies. Please check with your provider that RCCs are covered for your particular plan. At Cascade Counselling, we do direct bill to some insurance companies, ICBC, and for services provided through the CVAP program. If we do not direct bill to yours, a receipt will be emailed to you once the fees are paid for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
