CVAP Counselling

Have you experienced a crime in British Columbia and are approved for counselling services? We can help!

CVAP counselling is a program that supports those who have experienced crimes in British Columbia. Crimes of any nature can impact our ability to stay present and grounded, to make decisions that are reflective of our beliefs and values, and even to know who we are and how we’d like to show up in the world. These are just a few of the impacts of experiencing crime. Sometimes, crimes result in the experience of mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. In counselling, we will identify how the incident has impacted you, what you have lost, and how you can make meaning of the experience so that the incident does not define your future. Allow us to walk alongside you on this journey and provide the support for you to find your way out of your past and into the future you want to lead.
